Crestline Village Water District only adjusts water rates when necessary, and provides notice and documentation to ratepayers. Our current rates and billing structure are below.

Water Conservation Program - Phase I.a water conservation measures in effect

  2 inch meter $44.50

* The most common size of water meter for residential water accounts is 5/8 x 3/4 inch.

Quantity Rates:

  Basic Allocation Rate - 0 to 1300 cubic feet

$5.10 per 100 cubic feet

  Excess Consumption Rate - 1301+ cubic feet

$7.65 per 100 cubic feet

The quantity rates are based on a 30 day billing period.  If the actual billing period is longer or shorter than 30 days, the quantity limits are prorated accordingly.

Crestline Area: This area's meters are read beginning the 1st of each month.  The bills are mailed about 1 week later and are due the 1st of the following month.  If the balance is unpaid, the next bill indicates the date by which the amount must be paid to avoid delinquency charges and shut off for non-payment of the water bill. 

Lake Gregory Area: In 1979 the District began serving the Lake Gregory area. This area's meters are read beginning the 15th of each month.  The bills are mailed about 1 week later and are due the 15th of the following month.  If the balance is unpaid, the next bill indicates the date by which the amount must be paid to avoid delinquency charges and shut off for non-payment of the water bill.
